Refund/Return Policy

Prior approval is required before returning any items for exchange or store credit. No returns will be accepted on special or custom orders.

Items must be:

-in new, unaltered and unused condition without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

-returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed)

 If your order is incorrect or contains defective or damaged items, please contact Customer Support for a store credit.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of returned order.

There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items. Refunds will not be given on Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and/or without prior approval.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.



Your total shipping charges are based on shipping method and/or subtotal of your order.

For orders within the Contiguous US:

Free Shipping- Orders are mailed via USPS Library rate. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. For expedited shipping UPS or USPS Priority Mail are available for an additional fee.

For orders shipped to Hawaii and/or Puerto Rico:

Free Shipping- Orders sent via Library rate may experience significant delays in delivery. We recommend you upgrade to UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

For International orders:

We do not ship outside the United States and Canada. Downloads are available for International orders.
